Vice President Mike Pence, showing operational evidence that President Donald Trump and his administration is an agent for the banks,  cast the tie-breaking vote last night that repealed a rule that made it easier for Americans to sue banks and credit card companies. The Senate repealed the so called big bad bank arbitration clause by a vote of 51-50.
