Rick Perry has suspended his campaign for Presidency. Minutes ago, at about 11: 16 A.M. Eastern Standard Time he stated : “…therefore, today, I am suspending my campaign and endorsing Newt Gingrich for the President of the United States…” Like Michele Bachmann, Herman Cain, and Jon Huntsman, Jr. who made similar announcements regarding their candidacy previously, it does appear that with this announcement Rick Perry will no longer be a viable 2012 Presidential Candidate.
