In a Previous article earlier this year the following was written:
“The next president of the United States could be any number of people including the current U.S. President.
The next President will have not voted for The Iraq War or have been publicly on the record in favor of the Iraq War.
The next President could be Senator Bernie Sanders or a supporter of his, U.S. Representative Tulsi Gabbard.
Or, it could be Kamala Harris who is a U.S. Senator from California. She appears to have requisite poise and intelligence. She is opposed to the death penalty, supports single payer healthcare, has an F rating from the NRA, has labeled Syrian President Bashar al-Assad a war criminal, and has stated that U.S. withdrawal from the Joint Comprehensive Plan “…jeopardizes national security…”. If she were to run for the Presidency she would likely get much traction based upon both her policy stance and intelligence level. She, like Senator Bernie Sanders and U.S. Representative Tulsi Gabbard, does appear to have a relatively high level of intuition and MAY have an advantage in one category over Senator Sanders (currently age 76) and U.S. Representative Gabbard (currently age 37): her age (currently 53).
And, when Gina Haspel was asked by Senator Kamala Harris on 5-9-2018 whether or not she believed in hindsight knowing what she knows now whether the advanced interrogation techniques were immoral she did not answer yes or no despite being asked numerous times. Senator Kamala Harris voted against her confirmation as CIA Director.”
It seems the next elected President of The United States if from the Democratic Party will in fact be Senator Bernie Sanders assuming he is in good health through the elections. Both Senator Kamala Harris and Representative Tulsi Gabbard could be excellent running mates along with Oregon Senator Jeff Merkley. If the Democrats choose someone such as former Vice President Joe Biden at the top of the ticket they will predictably lose the Presidency in 2020; he voted in favor of the Iraq War Resolution. No candidate can win if they voted for the Iraq War Resolution or have been publicly on the record in favor of the Iraq War Resolution. Hillary Clinton would have beaten then Senator Barack Obama in 2008 and would have beaten Donald Trump in 2016 if she had not voted for The Iraq War Resolution. But then again, she would have likely been a fundamentally different person had she voted differently.
